Kids
Program (Ages 12-15): Our goal is to instill
personal discipline, confidence, focus, total fitness and
self-defense abilities in our kids. Our training system has
been designed to help kids stay motivated and feel good about
their progress. Your child will learn principles and values

Kick
Boxing (Ages 16 and Up): Learn
the science and mechanics of punching and kicking. Footwork,
head movement, offense and defense, all the tools needed
for a complete full body workout. Every thing you learn,
can also be used in almost all self defense situations.

Brazilian
Jiu Jitsu (Ages 16 and Up):
Training in BJJ and Grappling are a great way to have fun
and get in unbelievable shape! Your strength, cardio and
flexibility will improve while learning how to protect yourself!!
We offer a great mix of BJJ and Submission Grappling. Both
of these programs place an emphasis on ground fighting.
We offer a beginner class that allows you to become proficient
with basic techniques and principles that will be the foundation

Combat
Fitness: This is the New Generation of Fitness
training! Train like a Ultimate Fighter and get in the best
shape of you life!! This class is 45 minutes of nonstop
conditioning training, using all the techniques an Ultimate
Fighter would use to prepare themselves for a fight.
