At that time you can meet the instructors and ask any questions about enrolling you may have. You can also have a look around and see it's a very clean and comfortable place to start your training. Format At Complete Martial Arts and Fitness we begin with a light warm up ranging from 15 to 20 minutes including various stretches. Your instructor will then take you through some techniques and positions. After 30 minutes of techniques you will then go through various drills. Depending on how a beginner progresses he or she will go through warm up, technique and drills only. Most classes end with students sparring or "rolling" with their partners.
